I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was very close to the ski slopes, making it very convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or concerns. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were adequate, and I particularly liked the fact that there were two chairs for three persons, providing extra comfort. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different taste preferences.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and I couldn't ask for more.

Great ski-in, ski-out location and modern facilities made it easy and convenient to hit the slopes. The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies during Christmas was a nice touch. The views from the room were truly stunning.

The noise level was unbearable due to large groups of unruly children. The staff seemed indifferent to our complaints and there were no measures in place to control the noise.

Being surrounded by the mountains made the location perfect for someone who is keen on hiking. the place is also ideal for groups like schools. It offers numerous facilities like basketball and soccer courts, table tennis, and bowling. the rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed. the indoor play areas kept my kids entertained for hours.

The service was a letdown with long waiting times for reception and bar.
